Why You Need a Home Inspection

So you are considering purchasing a home! You should be sure to follow a specific checklist to make sure you are buying a great home and to ensure the process goes smoothly. The first and most important item is to have the house inspected by a licensed and experienced organization. This is a time critical item as in most states you only have ten days to respond to the seller with a request for repairs.
