Some of you might be list building because you want the prestige of having a big list. Maybe you are list building so that you can meet new people online.

I have been list building for the last 4 months for the express purpose of making money – lucrative list building – and 4 months later I am making a fulltime income online.

So how do I do it?

1) Lucrative list building starts with bringing new subscribers into your list that are willing to spend money. You are not looking for freebie-seekers. To build a lucrative list, you must target people who are willing to spend money. If you are working in the internet marketing niches, you must only target people who are willing to spend money to make money – you are not looking for the person who is looking to get rich quick – you and I both know that doesn’t work.

2) Lucrative list building looks for ways to constantly monetize the list. Once someone signs up for my newsletter, they are immediately offered one of my online books to buy. Why? Because that is a hot moment in my relationship with them – they are looking for more information, or they wouldn’t have requested my newsletter –so it is a great time to offer them a paid product that will give them great information fast.

3) Lucrative list building finds new products to present to the subscribers that offer exceptional value. One of the things that is important when you are building your list, is that when someone buys something from you, they have to get their money’s worth. If they do, they will buy again. If they are let down, they will not buy again. It is just that simple. To build a lucrative list, you must offer exceptional value.
